Gnocchi with Tuna, Vegetables and Rocket
250g (1 packet)
Small handful of rocket
1 Tbsp Pinoli pinenuts, toasted
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
, shavings (to garnish)
Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil.
Cook the gnocchi for 2-3 minutes in the boiling water until the gnocchi floats to the top.
Drain and add the other ingredients to the gnocchi.
Toss together with a splash of the Giusti white grape must vinegar. Season and garnish with pecorino shavings.
