Nectarines Poached in Verjuice
4 nectarines, halved
Clevedon Valley vanilla bean yoghurt, to serve
Combine the honey, verjuice and vanilla bean in a large saucepan and heat until the honey has dissolved.
Add the nectarines and poach gently for approximately 5-8 minutes. Remove nectarines and reduce syrup until it thickens.
Serve nectarines with drizzled syrup and yoghurt.
