At Sabato we stock only the highest quality Spanish, Italian and selected New Zealand olive oils. We deal directly with olive-producing estates whose olive oil is like good boutique wine as it can change slightly with each vintage and varies in style according to cultivar, climate, and skill of the producer. Olive oil is very labour intensive to produce but the quality justifies it. We can guarantee that our producers bottle only as much oil as the olives they grow. They do not chemically treat their oil which means it tastes of the fruit of the olive.
Much of our range is extra virgin olive oil which is made by simply crushing the fruit, with no additives or further treatment required. A healthier way to cook and eat.
