Rustic yet traditional in flavour our Basque pie is a combination of lamb, pronto rosso paste, espelette pepper and red wine. Rich in tomato with a touch of spice, the Basque is great during the colder months.
Cook from frozen for 60 minutes in a preheated 180° oven. For a crisper pastry finish cook for a further 10 minutes at 200°.
