Just in time for NZ Cheese month. Including the release of the Magic Shroom - pasteurised goat’s milk, traditional rennet, 3 weeks old, with ash covered cap.  Fudgy and dense with a little creamy breakdown under the wrinkly rind.

 

 

It’s time to start planning our Neal's Yard orders from London. This will include a few favourites -  Caerphilly, Stilton and Cornish Yarg.
