A pasteurised Jersey cow’s milk cheese with the flavour profiles of tangy yogurt and warm butter.

Triggered by the Christchurch earthquakes, Daniel & Sarah Jenkins decided to relocate their young family to Kaikoura. The move presented another opportunity, to follow their passion for cheese! Hence in 2011, Kaikoura Cheese was born.
