Ash-coated goat's cheese from Kaikoura Cheese. A mousse paste enrobed in our favourite bacteria Geotrichum, producing a yeasty lactic beauty. Pasteurised goats’ milk, microbial rennet, three weeks old.
Triggered by the Christchurch earthquakes, Daniel & Sarah Jenkins decided to relocate their young family to Kaikoura. The move presented another opportunity, to follow their passion for cheese! Hence in 2011, Kaikoura Cheese was born.
