These short ribbed pasta tubes are made from organically produced durum wheat grown in Italy by the pioneers of the Italian Organic Movement. They have excellent flavour and texture and cook to a perfect al dente.

Cook in plenty of boiling, salted water for 9 minutes and toss through your favourite Sabato pasta sauce.
