This classic Roman sauce is a delicious blend of Pecorino and Grana Padano cheese, with cream and black pepper.

Simply stir through hot pasta or gnocchi and top with freshly grated Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano. It is also great heated and served as a sauce for vegetables such as potatoes, asparagus, broccoli or green beans.

Rehydrated cream (milk powder, water), pecorino cheese (10.5%) (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), olive oil, grana padano cheese (3.1%) (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme from eggs), rice starch, black pepper (0.5%).
