Chocolate: Baking, Tempering & Decorating Cooking Class with Julie Le Clerc

Join Sabato for an inspired baking class presented by our long-term collaborator Julie Le Clerc.
Alongside a favourite cake recipe with tempered chocolate decorations and detailed presentation on how-to-make macarons, Julie will share a wealth of hints, tips and some hard-won advice on all things baking and chocolate.
Julie is a passionate cook, author, food stylist and presenter who originally trained as a chef but has a strong leaning towards the craft of patisserie. She comes from a long line of bakers and whisked up her first sponge cake by her mother’s side at the age of five. Julie is well-known for creating innovative flavours and trusted recipes you can reply on and for creating the most amazing cakes.
The class will start at 6pm, with doors open from 5:30pm. Enjoy canapés and a glass of wine on arrival, followed by a tasting plate of Julie's chocolate creations towards the end of the class.
