Mountain cheese made from the milk of brown cows that get to graze on grass and wildflowers. This cheese melts in your mouth with salty, buttery and caramel notes with a nutty crunch that's hopelessly addictive.
The farm is run by Georgio Bonati and his son Gianluca who currently have about 100 cows that produce milk only for their Parmigiano Reggiano.
