    Authentic paella pans from Spain. 38cm will serve 8-10 people.

    Also available in 26cm,

    Before use:

    • Fill the pan with water and boil for 10 minutes to remove protective coating. Wash in warm water (no soap) and dry in a very low oven for 1 hour (do not let the pan air dry).
    • Fill with cheap salad oil to a depth of 1cm then either: heat up and cool down 3 times on your stove top OR place in a 120oC oven for 1 hour (the red handles are oven proof).  Pour out oil and wipe with a paper towel. Your pan is now ready to use.
    • Following this seasoning process your pan will look discoloured, this is normal; and so long as a thin oil layer is left on the pan after seasoning and/or use the pan will not rust.

    Care instructions: 
    To wash, soak in warm water (no soap) and scrub with a nylon brush if necessary. Dry thoroughly then coat with a thin layer of cooking oil using a paper towel. Store in a dry cupboard away from steam and moisture. If not using your pan regularly, wrap in paper and store in a plastic bag.

    NB: This product has been designed for use with gas or direct flame. If using your pan in the oven, never have the heat higher than 250°C for more than 10 minutes.
