Cooked, pressed, semi-hard cheese made from cow’s milk, used for seasoning and adding umami to any dish. Grana was born from the monks in Northern Italy’s Po Valley, coming to market much younger than Parmigiano Reggiano.
Conveniently already grated, it's so easy to sprinkle over pasta, risotto or pizza.
