Hannah Miller is the lady of A Lady Butcher and her passion is to create purposeful meats. Her mission is to share a story of New Zealand produce through her salumi and encourage customers to consider these stories when choosing where to dine or what to buy from the butcher.
A Lady Butcher source their meat (grass-fed lamb, New Zealand wagyu, and local free-range pork) from sustainable farms across New Zealand, each one with their own personalities, pastures and people. They then cure their meats using traditional methods, producing high quality, thoughtfully made, delicious prosciutto, coppa, pancetta, bresaola and lardons.
