A Sabato twist on a kiwi classic! Made with pancetta, Pons capers and free-range eggs. Serve hot or cold, perfect for lunch or to take on a picnic.

Bake from frozen for 60 minutes in a preheated 180°C oven. For a crisper pastry finish cook for a further 10 minutes at 200°C.

Delicious served with Julie Le Clerc Moroccan chutney on the side.
