Beetroot Salsa

  • Make a simple dip by mixing JLC Beetroot Salsa with Mahoe yoghurt . Serve with .
  • Perfect for homemade hamburgers. Mix together minced chicken, Sabato breadcrumbs , finely chopped chives, salt and pepper. Shape into rissoles and brush with extra virgin olive oil . Grill until cooked through. Place crisp cos lettuce leaves on the prepared bun. Top with the rissole, a generous dollop of JLC Beetroot Salsa and the rest of the bun. Tuck in.
  • Make a salad with watercress, pieces of fresh orange, slices of or panfried halloumi. Dress with a mixture of Mas Portell moscatel vinegar and salt and freshly ground pepper. Place a generous serving of salad on a plate and top with some JLC Beetroot Salsa.
  • Crisp Sabato duck confit in a hot oven, top with JLC Beetroot Salsa and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Serve on a bed of hot Quisardegna fregola pasta flavoured with a drizzle of Colonna mandarin infused EVO .
