Naturally grown in clay soil, this wholemeal rice is a deep red colour on the outside but white on the inside. It is rich in antioxidants, fragrant and sweet in flavour. It has a unique texture and cooks in 40 minutes. This rice is delicious in spicy or ethnic dishes, with vegetables or fish, or as a rice salad.
