Costa Nova Marrakesh Casserole ~ Small

Designed by French floral artist Christian Tortu, the Marrakesh collection takes inspiration from the Majorelle Gardens in Marrakesh.

The Marrakesh covered casserole is finished with a rich, orange-brown reactive glaze to is interior and lid that complements the slightly rough unglazed base. It is a great size for an individual portion and also works as a small covered serving dish.

Each piece in the Marrakesh collection is crafted in Portugal by Costa Nova’s skilled artisans from Ecogres (Costa Nova’s innovative recycled clay) and combines sandy unglazed surfaces with glossy speckled glazes. This creates a visual and tactile contrast that captures the essence of Marrakesh markets.

Due to the handcrafted nature of this piece, slight variations in appearance are expected.

Casserole measures 15.2cm in diameter x 8.5cm in height, with a capacity of 500ml.

Microwave, oven, dishwasher and freezer safe.
