Cooking Class Policy

COOKING CLASS FORMAT
Classes usually run for approximately 1.5 hours and are limited to 35 seats. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine on arrival. Our guest chef will prepare three dishes. You'll enjoy tasting plates, and there is a screen to aid viewing. Recipes will be provided, and we are open late for shopping after the class.

CHEESE CLASS FORMAT
With a different focus for each class, we will introduce you to several cheeses from our selection. Alongside the cheese you will enjoy a selection of accompaniments and tasting notes on each cheese. Classes typically run for approximately 1.5 hours and are limited to 35 places.

BOOKING
Book online, instore or over the phone.

Once we receive your booking, we will send you a confirmation email confirming your place. Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation email within 24 hours of making your booking.

If booking for more than one person, we will contact you to ask for the name(s) of the other attendee(s).

Payment must be made upon confirmation of your booking, to secure your place(s).

CANCELLATION
To cancel a registration, call us on (09) 630 8751, or email us at info@sabato.co.nz. We are here Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. If you are unable to get through, please leave a phone message with your phone number so that we can return your call.

Cancellations received 5 or more business days prior to the class will be either transferred to another class (subject to availability) or refunded in full – the option is yours.

Cancellations received within 5 business days of the class will be refunded only if the place can be filled from the waiting list.

Sabato reserves the right to alter or amend its class schedule at short notice. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by email or telephone to offer a full refund, or a transfer to another class (subject to availability).

TICKET TRANSFER
If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, please let us know and we will adjust our guest list accordingly.
