The personal information you provide to Sabato Limited is collected for the purpose of processing your order only. This information includes: the full name of the customer and recipient, the customer’s e-mail address, billing and delivery addresses, contact phone numbers and order details.

Your personal information is stored in a password protected database. Only those directly involved in the processing of your order, or administering our mailing list, have access to this database. No credit card information is retained on file.
You have the right to view your personal information at any time and, if you wish, request that this information be amended or deleted.

Sabato Limited also collects anonymous, statistical information (such as your Internet Provider Address and the pages you have visited whilst on our site). This information is used in aggregate and enables us to identify broad patterns related to customer traffic and site usage so that we may better tailor the service we provide to our customers.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Each email newsletter sent to you contains an ‘unsubscribe’ link to enable you to stop receiving our newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe from our electronic mailing list, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the electronic message or email us at info@sabato.co.nz to be removed.

SECURE SERVER AND DATA ENCRYPTION
All credit card information provided is transmitted via 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This is identified by the locked key icon on the status bar of your browser. This ensures that your personal information is encrypted throughout the order process and cannot be intercepted or read by a third party whilst being transmitted over the internet.
COOKIES
Cookies are identifiers placed on a recipient computer's hard drive via a visiting browser. A 'cookie' keeps track of the general information you provide such as the products in your shopping cart. Cookies make it possible to personalise your view of our site on return visits and save you time when placing subsequent orders.
