Chorizo sarta made from Iberian pork. Located at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos, at more than 1,000m altitude, surrounded by dry winds, holm oaks and centuries-old cork oaks. Perfectly cured to a drier style with a rich dark colour and nutty flavour, characteristic of the Ibérico meats. 

Add to your paella or pasta dishes or as a wonderful addition on your cheese board.
