A rich and concentrated tomato-based pasta sauce made in Italy using top quality ingredients. This tomato sugo is enriched with aged sheep's milk ricotta which gives a lovely balance to the sweetness of the tomatoes.
Simply heat and stir through pasta, grains or risotto. Use with meat, fish or vegetables, as a base for soups and casseroles or as a pizza topping.
