The Microplane coarse grater features clog-resistant stainless steel blades with the addition of an angled, non-slip bar at the 'table end', improving leverage when grating. It is ideal for grating vegetables, chocolate, coconut and hard cheeses such as Parmigiano-Reggiano and will produce small gratings.
