Sabarot have been sourcing and producing top quality products including dried lentils, beans and mushrooms since 1819, in the Haute Loire region of France. A family company, now run by the seventh generation, Sabarot has a wealth of ancestral knowledge and expertise in the milling tradition. As technology developed over the years, Sabarot moved with the times and were able to expand their range and output, while still respecting traditional processing techniques.
