A rich and creamy prawn filling encased in crisp crumbs. These croquettes are a wonderful addition to your next cocktail party served with Julie Le Clerc Saigon sauce on the side.

To heat: Simply bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 180°C.
