Our take on the classic French onion soup.
This dish was awarded a bronze medal at the Outstanding Food Producer Awards 2025, with judges describing it as 'a very convenient meal idea with excellent balance of flavours'.
Simply heat through, top with croutons and Gruyère and place under a grill until cheese is melted and golden.
To heat from frozen: Place pouch into warm water for 20 minutes to soften.
- Stovetop ~ Pour soup into a saucepan and heat on medium, stirring regularly, until piping hot.
- Microwave ~ Pour soup into a microwave-safe bowl, cover and heat on high for about 5 minutes, stirring every minute, until piping hot.
