An indulgent chocolate mousse made with over 60g of Valrhona Manjari Grand Cru 64% dark chocolate in every pottle, finished with a dusting of Valrhona cocoa.

Fabulous garnished with fresh as freeze-dried raspberries or mandarin segments and a drizzle of Vincotto. Some Ines Rosales torta a great on the side too.

This mousse was awarded a gold medal at the Outstanding Food Producer Awards 2026, with judges describing it as 'So luxurious. High-quality chocolate shines through. Excellent product to have in the fridge, so convenient. Can see ourselves going into the fridge for a spoonful at any moment.'
