Description
Description
Il Barocco Bianco di Sicilia is a panettone that celebrates the elegance and opulence of Sicilian Baroque, drawing inspiration from Serpotti’s refined stucco work, a symbol of light, movement and harmony.
The panettone is distinguished by its golden colour and soft texture, the result of a slow, natural proving process that enhances its aroma and fragrance. Caramelised chocolate chips, a delicate hint of salted caramel and topping of velvety white chocolate give the panettone its indulgent flavour.
The panettone is presented in an elegant round tin exclusively designed by Dolce&Gabbana that features artwork inspired by Serpotti’s refined stucco work.

The story of the Fiasconaro began in 1953, when a father and his son managed a small artisan workshop in the village of Castelbuono, in the heart of the Madonie area of Sicily. Today, the third generation Fiasconaro brothers are considered pioneers in the artisan confectionery sector. Their panettone are instantly recognisable due to their natural leavening - a very slow fermentation process which lasts as much as 36 hours. Fiasconaro also produce traditional, artisan Sicilian nougat. Fiasconaro’s love for the flavours of Sicily, respect for the land and unstoppable faith in tradition, has meant they remain a true artisan producer.
