From Marina Colonna’s Masseria Bosco Pontini Estate in the Italian region of Molise, comes this delicious, full-flavoured oil which is produced from handpicked olives. Ten varieties of olives are grown, so the blend may change from year to year. An extremely innovative lady, Marina is also responsible for three delicious infused oils - the Granverde (lemon), Mandarino (mandarin) and Arancia (orange). She was the first producer to make naturally infused oils. Rather than adding an infusion to an existing oil, she presses the fruit together with her olives; untreated lemons grown on her estate, Sicilian mandarins and oranges from central Italy.
