Finely sliced hind leg jamón from 50% Iberian pork. When cut, the meat exhibits an attractive purplish-red color and a glossy sheen, with streaks of pinkish-white fat appearing through the meat. This jamón boasts an exceptional flavour and a soft, delicate texture on the palate.
The pigs which produce this excellent jamón are fed on a diet of cereals, but also enjoy fruits and herbs, etc. when they are put out to pasture. This combined diet makes their ham of higher quality than a 100% farm-fed pig.
The perfect addition to your charcuterie board or platters, serve alongside cheese or superb in a baguette or sandwich.
