A great tasting gluten-free gnocchi, made in Italy to a recipe that includes potato, corn and rice. Sabato gluten-free gnocchi has excellent texture and is super-convenient to cook - just a few minutes in boiling water.

Serve with your favourite Sabato pasta sauce or toss with one of our pestos or bruschettas.

If desired, once boiled and drained, the gnocchi can be pan-fried in nut brown butter to finish for added flavour. We love to add some fresh sage leaves and Salvagno pitted olives to the pan and toss with cubes of roast pumpkin.

Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes), rice flour, corn flour, potato starch, salt, lactic acid, potassium sorbate, natural flavourings.

GLUTEN-FREE. 

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
