Producer

Andreola was founded in 1984 by Nazareno Pola and his son, Stefano, who runs the company today. They produce seven Prosecchi from the 77 hectares of DOC and DOCG grapes they cultivate. The vineyard is situated in Valdobbiadene on the hills of Col San Martino, a hamlet in the province of Treviso. The vines are primarily Glera as well as smaller amounts of indigenous varietals, Bianchetta, Perera and Verdiso. These grapes are used in minimum quantities for vinification and maturation of wine, contributing typical traditional features and authenticity. The Polas have always farmed their vines sustainably and endeavour to make their wine as naturally as possible, using very low doses of sulphur.
