GIFT VOUCHER FREIGHT CHARGES
We have two types of gift voucher available: e-gift vouchers and physical gift vouchers.
e-gift vouchers are available to purchase online, are emailed to your recipient immediately and can be redeemed online only. No delivery charge is applicable for e-gift vouchers.
Physical gift vouchers are available to purchase online and instore and can be redeemed instore or over the phone. Please note that vouchers redeemed for telephone orders must be sent back to Sabato prior to processing the recipient’s order.
It is essential to courier our physical gift vouchers to ensure that they reach the recipient safely. Courier charges are as follows:

Service Promise
STANDARD FREIGHT
Sabato will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition.
Shipping timeframes depend on when your order is placed and the volume of orders we receive. Normally orders are dispatched the next working day, if received after 11am. For North Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days**. For South Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 3-5 working days**. If you have not received your delivery within these time frames please contact us.

CHILLED FREIGHT
Sabato will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition. Your order will be packed with ice packs and insulated packing and stored in a refrigerator until collected by the courier. When received, the chilled items should be placed in a refrigerator or freezer immediately.
We are able to dispatch chilled orders same day to Auckland CBD addresses using an urgent courier. Please contact us for pricing, availability and to arrange same-day chilled Auckland delivery.
We are unable to ship chilled orders to Rural Delivery addresses, PO Boxes or Private Bags.
Our chilled delivery service is overnight for orders received before 11am. We do not dispatch chilled orders on a Friday as courier delivery on a Saturday can be unreliable and the chilled items may spoil if not delivered. Consequently, orders received after 11am on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We strongly advise that chilled orders are sent to an address where someone can accept the delivery and promptly store items in the fridge or freezer. Sabato holds no responsibility if the product deteriorates in condition due to being left at an unattended delivery address.
