Makes approx. 24 cookies
1 cup smooth peanut butter¾ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp spring salt
¾ cup Valrhona chocolate fèves, chopped
Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix together peanut butter, sugar, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl until smooth. Beat in egg and then stir in chopped fèves.
Spoon heaping tablespoonfuls of dough 5cm apart onto baking sheets with lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets until firm enough to handle, then use a spatula to transfer them to a wire rack for cooling. Print
