Not your usual hot chocolate but a much more decadent, rich and creamy Valrhona hot chocolate that is a wonderful winter drink to warm up.

750ml Whole Milk
175g Valrhona jivara fèves
20g Valrhona cocoa

Heat half the milk in a saucepan over a gentle heat until steaming. Remove from the heat. Slowly add the chocolate fèves and the cocoa to the warm milk whilst whisking. Whisk over a gentle heat until combined before adding the remaining milk. 

Optional additions:
A pinch of The Spice Tarder cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp Heilala vanilla paste
