Five stars

Made multiple dishes with this (Calamari with Nduja aioli, creamy Nduja and prosciutto pasta, Nduja ravioli, spread on bruschetta, etc) all turned out delicious. Strong flavour but not overpowering with a little hint of heat. Definitely a pantry staple!
