Delicious, homemade tender meatballs, made with a blend of pork and prawn meat, accompanied by aromatic fennel and a concentrated tomato-based sauce, prepared with Callipo nduja which lends a kick of heat, capers and smoked paprika.
This dish was awarded a bronze medal at the Outstanding Food Producer Awards 2025, with judges describing it with 'fabulous flavour in the sauce'.
Serve alongside Rustichella orzo or Girolomoni farro if desired.
