Rich and full of flavour, Speckle Park brisket is gently cooked until meltingly tender with red wine, shallots, bacon, carrot and mushrooms.
Serve with polenta accompanied by our truffled potato Dauphinoise.
To heat: Remove plastic film and cover with foil.TBC
- From frozen ~ Bake at 200°C fan bake for 60 minutes, or until piping hot.
- From defrosted ~ Bake at 200°C fan bake for 40 minutes, or until piping hot.
