A rich and indulgent potato bake; finely sliced Agria potatoes layered and slow-cooked in a creamy garlic and truffle-infused sauce, finished golden with Parmigiano Reggiano and a drizzle of black truffle oil.
Serve alongside your favourite mains for a luxurious side, or enjoy on its own with a crisp green salad to balance its velvety richness.
To heat: Remove plastic film and cover with foil.
- From frozen ~ Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 40 minutes, or until piping hot and golden.
- From defrosted ~ Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 35 minutes, or until piping hot and golden.
