Packed with free-range chicken, leek and porcini mushrooms, our Tuscan pie captures the full flavour of Tuscan cuisine within crisp, buttery pastry.

This dish was awarded a gold medal at the Outstanding Food Producer Awards 2025, with judges describing it as 'tasty and delicious with beautifully cooked chicken and fantastic pastry that browns to perfection'.

This pie is ideal for a quick and delicious dinner served with cavolo nero, silverbeet, green beans or a salad.

To heat: Remove from bag.

  • From frozen ~ Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes, or until piping hot. For a crisper pastry finish, cook for a further 10 minutes at 200°C.
  • From defrosted ~ As above, but it will only need about 40 minutes.
