Description 

Succulent pork belly braised in aromatic master stock and served with confit baby kumara, bok choy and capsicum chilli glaze. 

To heat from frozen: Remove lid and cover with tinfoil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 60 minutes. Remove tinfoil and bake for a further 20 minutes at 200°C.

To heat from defrosted: Remove lid and cover with tinfoil. Bake in oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes. Remove tinfoil and bake for further 20 minutes at 200°C.
