Rich and brooding, the aromas of smoky meats, dark fruit, jasmine, and vanilla oak all meld together beautifully. Full, concentrated, and stylish, the flavours of sweet plums, spice and a hint of liquorice are complex and long. Utterly drinkable now, however this will age beautifully over the next decade.
Pair with spicy chorizo, meat or poultry or porcini dominant dishes.
