This Spanish terracotta is handmade in Catalonia from high quality clay and can be used either in the oven or on top of a direct heat source such as gas hobs. This is a dish that you can take straight from the oven to the table.
Try serving dips, roasted olives, baked eggs and crème brulée.
Soak in cold water for 12 hours before first use. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
