Festive Cooking Class with Kate Fay

Kate will guide us through some fabulous festive recipes and provide plenty of inspiration for occasions when we are entertaining over the months ahead.

Kate’s recipes are all tried and true, to say nothing of delectably delicious, and they are just what we all need to sail through the festive season in style. Come along to Sabato on Wednesday, 14 October and Kate will show you how to shine in the kitchen while making the most of many of our unique Sabato ingredients.

During the class, you will enjoy generous tasting plates of Kate’s dishes and we will also introduce you to some of our special wines chosen especially to enhance Kate’s cuisine. These classes are very popular and places do fill fast, so best to secure your place straight away.

Details for the class are as follows:

• Date: Wednesday, 14 October
• Time: 6:00pm (entry from 5:30pm)
• Location: Sabato, 57 Normanby Road, Mt. Eden
• Tickets: $145 per person; includes a welcome drink, canapés, generous tasting of all three dishes, with wine match.

Unfortunately due to the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements. 

The menu will include seafood, so it may not be suitable for those with seafood allergies.

Please note, alcohol will only be served to attendees aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required.
