A soft white rind cheese matured for 10 days. It has light notes of mushroom that intensifies as it matures. The center is light and fluffy, gradually becoming runnier as it ripens, with the goaty flavour deepening over time.

A perfect addition to a cheese board as pairs well with pastes, crackers and fruit or use on top of pizza and salads.
