A salami made from coarsely-ground Spanish Ibérico pork, known for its sweet and savoury flavour profile. The salchichón undergoes curing in natural drying sheds for a minimum period of five months before being sliced.
A wonderful addition to your charcuterie board or platters, in sandwiches or cut into strips and added to pasta or grain-based salads.
