There's a subtle succulence to this graceful Champagne, framing flavours of peach skin, ripe pear, Marcona almond and orchard blossoms. The fine, detailed mousse is raw silk–like in texture. The Champagne finishes with minerally fleur de sel and oyster shell notes.
