Mahoe Cheesery was established by Anna and Bob Rosevear in 1986 in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Mahoe remains a proud family business; their son Tim tends the cows and sons Jesse and Jake, alongisde Dutch cheesemaker Tony, work in the adjoining cheesery.
