This classic Moroccan chicken brings together the bright flavours of preserved lemons and the savoury burst of olives and spices with meltingly tender chicken pieces (thighs and drumsticks) to create a delicious all-in-one meal. Cooked long and slow with onions and a blend of North African spices, including turmeric and ginger, enhance this dish with multiple layers of flavour.
Defrost and remove plastic packaging and bake uncovered in a oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with fregola and chopped fresh coriander or a crisp green salad, dressed simply with extra virgin olive oil and Forvm Chardonnay vinegar.
