Yuzu is the iconic citrus fruit found halfway up mountains in Southeast Japan’s rural Kochi region.
With no added preservatives, colours or artificial flavours, this couverture is naturally dairy-free and can be used just like any other Valrhona chocolate.
Valrhona’s direct relationship with their growers allows them to produce some of the world’s finest chocolate while using fair and sustainable processes. 100% of their cocoa beans are traceable to each of their producers across 16 countries, and they continue to actively support the community development for them.
